The sky bar with its refreshing drinks and cocktails around the pool and jacuzzi was like a tropical paradise in the heart of Nessebar. The small village where the bread festival took place was a hospitable host for food lovers, offering a variety of delicious treats like the traditional Bulgarian dish "Banitsa.
No Wi-fi in the room

The spa!!!
The hotel staff are speaking just in Bulgarian language and this I managed but the most important was that: all the menu was in bulgarian language! It was a really chalange to get the food what you was thinking at! I recomand the hotel but not for all inclusive.

I always stay at my favorite hotel in Nesebar. They helped me find my lost car keys on my first visit. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Paid parking, 24-hour reception, Bar/Lounge area, Restaurant. Non-smoking rooms. Can't wait to return for the weekend!

The hotel is situated just off the main shopping street near the centre of the new town, making it a convenient location for those looking to explore. There are also some good restaurants close by. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The shower is a highlight, described as huge and amazing by one guest. The staff are friendly and helpful, with the cleaner being particularly praised.
One guest reported that the food at the hotel was subpar, with dry eggs, grainy scrambled eggs, and fatty soup.

The hotel was really excellent, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Very the building is modern and well designed. Serveces are cheap although it is a 4* hotel, I can offer it for everyone who would like to spend some days in Nessebar. Food was good.
Food was quite the same every day, so it was a bit boring to eat every day the same for breakfast and dinner although the tastes were very good. The problem was only with the parking place because they have garage only for about 10 cars, so we should have left our rented car on the street. We didn't want it so we complained a bit than we had one place for the whole week. So it is necesary to arrange it before arriving direct with the hotel.

Enjoyed the spacious and clean room with a spectacular balcony view. Breakfast was one of the best aspects of our stay with a wide selection of food. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the area and the close proximity to the beach was perfect for a Christmas day walk.
The lack of credit card facilities, which was quite inconvenient. While it was not a major issue, it would have been more convenient if we could pay with our credit cards for drinks at the bar.

Nice room, good breakfast and dinner. Safe underground parking which is very important if you go in Bulgaria by car. Beware of exchange houses in the old town !
Please change the information regarding free use of wellness center, because it is not free of charge. The location is not the best one, far from the beach and far from the old town. It was hard to find it coming by car.

We had a great stay at a hotel in a good location near Old Nessebar. The room was spacious and had a nice view from the higher floors. There were good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The hotel staff promptly resolved an issue with a sewage smell in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The administrator of the hotel was very nice and supportive. Rooms are spacious with large balconies. There is sea view on the one side of the hotel. Nice pool although not so big. Good internet connection.
The food was poor, mostly fried food and sometimes it is not clear waht you put on your plate. Little choise of fruits which mostly were green :( Room service was very poor (bathrobe, slippers, shampoo were provided only on request). There were ants in the room. Room isolation is terrible, be aware :)

The hotel is in a great location, close to both the beach and the old town. The Christmas decorations added to the festive ambiance. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, including freshly baked pastries. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was plain and lacked charm. The shower leaked, and the bedding was not changed frequently enough.
